The Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust works for equitable access to quality health care, education, and economic opportunity for every resident of Forsyth County and across North Carolina.
We focus our grantmaking on achieving long-term, sustainable outcomes to support thriving communities and empower residents. Listening to community, taking actions to foster racial equity, and shifting systems are integral to all we do.

We invest in solutions that improve health for residents of North Carolina. We support equitable access to care, work to build equitable health systems, and invest in rural health solutions.
Healthy Places NC
We invest in the power and capacity of rural residents to address the health issues impacting their communities and to advocate for systems change at the local, regional, and state level.
Local Impact in Forsyth County
We work to improve the quality of life in Forsyth County—our own backyard. We foster the development of an inclusive economy that supports residents who have historically been denied economic opportunities.
